Many people today are spiritually searching. What is Christianity all about? Is God for real? How is faith possible? Why worship? How can I understand the Bible in today’s world? Others are asking questions about family and children. Others have questions about finances and employment. Others worry about health and wellness. What questions do you have?

Adult Forum continues with a “full” schedule as we move into October. The sessions take place in the Fellowship Hall. We start around 9:50 – giving 8:30 and 11:00 a.m. worshippers a chance to gather for some coffee and conversation before we begin. We will invite members of our church, our community and others to share ministries and information. The schedule for October and early November will be as follows:

October 7
“Bearing Fruit for Jesus” – Presenting Fall Stewardship Campaign

October 14
Discussion of past issues of The Lutheran

October 21
An Ecumenical look at 2017 - Pastor Steve’s report on his summer conference

October 28

Join us for Thursday morning Bible Study! We are studying Paul’s Letter to the Galatians - Set Free by God’s Grace. We meet on Thursday mornings thru October 28th at 10:00 am. Bring your Bible, bring your interest in God’s Word, bring your questions. We meet for an hour and a half. There is childcare available in the Nursery.

"Sunday Morning Conversation" Class meets in the Parlor on Sunday mornings at 9:45 a.m.

Our “conversation” is actually in the form of a Bible study. We use an African Bible study method. This method is unique in that it is not a lecture based study. It is a personal exploration of specific Bible passages.
