An Invitation to join the ministry team at Advent!

Sessions for New Members - September 2010

We have begun a series of sessions that will provide an introduction to Advent, its people, its ministries and its history as a Lutheran church.  

The schedule is as follows:

Sept. 7, 7:00 p.m. — Get-to-know-you session at All Ministry Team Night

Sept. 18, 9:00 a.m. — Learn about Advent’s history with a field trip to Old Goshenhoppen Church

Sept. 19, 9:45 a.m. — Experience a worship service (8:30 or 11 a.m.) and further explore our mission with a one hour conversation between services

Sept. 23, 7:00 p.m. — Finding a place in the life Advent's ministry

Sept. 27, 8:30 or 11 a.m. service — Join Advent

What a great way to start the fall and our new ministry year...with new brothers and sisters in Christ!  It's exciting!
