FallFest 2012 was a wild success and fun was had by all. These are a sampling of the various activities that took place on the big day.

The youth of Advent do their part  in helping prepare the grounds for Fall fest, as they paint the promotional sign that now resides along Rt. 113 in front of the church.

Pastor Steve, Council President Joe Hammond and members of Advent met in the parking lot between worship services on September 4 to burn the "mortgage", a symbolic gesture marking the first milestone in the effort to pay down the mortgage.

On July 30, Advent held its Annual Corn Roast. Enjoy the images.

On June 22 and 23, Advent’s Confirmation Class participated in a two-day day camp that had them learning about the Silver Springs–Martin Luther School in Plymouth Meeting, the Lutheran Advocacy Ministry of Pennsylvania in Harrisburg and the Ephrata Cloister. Four youth, two advisors and three parents took part in this experience.

Advent held its Annual Congregational Picnic on Saturday, June 5th at the Old Goshenhoppen Church picnic grove. It was a beautiful day — not too hot and no rain! About 40 members came out to enjoy plenty of delicious food and beverages.  It was a relaxing time of fellowship for new and old members alike.
