The season of Lent, which began on Ash Wednesday (February 18) continues through the month of March, culminating in Holy Week, which begins on Palm Sunday (March 29), through Maundy Thursday and Good Friday (April 2 & 3), and on to Easter Sunday (April 5). Easter is not just one Sunday but a season of seven Sundays that will extend into May.
